Trade Floor Support Engineer

Lorien is seeking an experienced Trade Floor Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our trading floor team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Market Data applications such as Bloomberg and Reuters
  • Lead by example and deliver a highly organized support service
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of business users, senior members of staff, and IT Managers
  • Support Windows 10 desktops, laptops, and VDI environments
  • Experience in supporting Office 365 is a plus

Requirements:

  • Previous Trade Floor Support experience
  • Windows 10 desktop support knowledge
  • Knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware and VDI environment
  • Experience supporting Market Data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters in a Trading Floor environment
  • Experience in supporting Office 365

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary up to £300
  • A 12-month contract
  • On-site work in the City of London, with shifts falling between 7 am - 10 pm
  • On-call duties, 1 in every 7 weeks
