Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Company: Lorien

Job Type: Full-time

Contract: 12 months

Location: On-site, 5 days a week (shifts falling between 7 am - 10 pm)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Trade Floor Engineer to join our team at Lorien. As a Trade Floor Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Market Data applications, including Bloomberg and Reuters, in a Trading Floor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and deliver a highly organized support service
  • Provide technical support to Market Data applications, including Bloomberg and Reuters
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of business users, senior members of staff, and IT Managers
  • Advocate for the Trading Support function and promote best practices
  • Support Windows 10 desktops and Office 365

Requirements:

  • Previous Trade Floor Support experience
  • Windows 10 desktop support knowledge
  • Experience supporting Market Data applications, including Bloomberg and Reuters
  • Experience in supporting Office 365
