Lorien is seeking a skilled Trade Floor Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality support service to the Trading Floor environment. Your expertise in supporting Market Data applications such as Bloomberg and Reuters will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of these critical systems. In this role, you will work closely with business users, senior members of staff, and IT Managers to provide technical guidance and support. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing technical support for Market Data applications and Trading Floor infrastructure
* Collaborating with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions
* Developing and maintaining documentation for technical procedures and processes
* Communicating effectively with all levels of business users and IT staff
