Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with merchandising and stock management, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Support with stock control and replenishment, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that stock levels are optimized.
  • Work on the checkout, serving customers and handling cash and card transactions.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
  • Engage with customers, building relationships and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
