Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, investigating and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize product and company knowledge to resolve customer issues within specified service level agreements.
  • Process manual orders as required and provide support to Area Sales Managers.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Adaptable team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
