About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Team Leader to join our team at Utilita Energy. As a Customer Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and reduce complaints.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and use it to make improvements to our services.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
