About the Role

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service to our guests, setting the standard for our team.

  • Build and maintain a high-performing team, driving them towards our business objectives.

  • Develop a learning culture, ensuring all team members feel valued and rewarded.

  • Manage employee performance, providing regular feedback and appraisals to ensure they meet our high standards.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and queries, ensuring their needs are met.

  • Analyse Mystery Diner reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

  • Experience in overseeing and supporting a team of managers and the entire front-of-house operation.

  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
