Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our Control / Customer Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via electronic data transfer, fax, and telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Recording and updating customer information on our computer database
- Communicating with colleagues via radio, telephone, fax, and mobile data
- Monitoring and updating job records as necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights
