Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our client, a fast-growing restaurant brand in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain, working closely with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy, ensuring seamless logistics and procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance, implementing necessary improvements to ensure 'Supply Chain best practices.'
  • Lead and inspire a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail or food services supply chain management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • A passion for the food industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.
