Overview:
Planet Pharma is collaborating with a prominent global pharmaceutical organization seeking skilled professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional service delivery within the supply chain division, focusing specifically on serialization and product tracking responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and submit product transfers for acquisitions within the EU.
- Engage in integration and relevant project teams, offering expertise on master data and serialization standards.
- Adhere to company protocols to guarantee compliance with all legal and industry best practices.
- Facilitate training sessions for users of the serialization platform and act as the primary administrator.
- Keep abreast of current serialization and aggregation regulations, including those applicable in emerging markets, and provide guidance to colleagues.
- Ensure the establishment and upkeep of country-specific product tracking requirements, both within and outside the serialization framework.
- Assist the supply chain team in planning and coordinating the replenishment of finished goods to distribution centers and third-party suppliers.
- Support stock monitoring, supplier relationship management, shipment logistics, forecasting, and verification of quality documentation, ensuring compliance with GDP standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supply chain or logistics role within a pharmaceutical or GxP environment.
- Understanding of the serialization processes for medicinal products.
- Strong aptitude for data management and systems oversight.
