We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children\u0027s Residential Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

As a Children\u0027s Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support to our young people, including:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Supporting our young people with their education and socialisation skills
  • Encouraging and facilitating their participation in activities and excursions
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to help them manage their emotions and behaviors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children\u0027s care role (desirable)
  • Values in line with Esland\u0027s, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Age 21 or above
