Join Our Team as a Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker at our Stoke-on-Trent home. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support to our young people, including their daily needs, education, and socialization skills. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including their daily needs, education, and socialization skills.
  • Work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture that promotes collaboration and open communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable).
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
