Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to lead our regional marketing efforts in Glasgow and Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive consumer demand and establish our brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing communications strategy to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local press and media, to secure coverage and partnerships
  • Manage and execute local offline marketing and PR initiatives, including events and activations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform future strategy
  • Collaborate with our marketing team in London to ensure alignment and consistency across regions
  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • At least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar or related role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of local consumer culture and market trends
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours
