Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perpetrator Case Manager to join our team at Respect. As a key member of our Domestic Abuse team, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals who have been referred to our service for an assessment of suitability for a Positive Requirement during an application for a DAPO.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the case relating to the Perpetrator, working closely with our Triage IDVA and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management. This will involve conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing case plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals referred to our service
  • Develop and implement effective case plans to support individuals
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals
  • Work closely with our Triage IDVA and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management
  • Collaborate with other teams within Respect to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting individuals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in complex case management and working with individuals who have been referred to a service for an assessment of suitability for a Positive Requirement
  • Strong understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on individuals and communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
