  • Assess the suitability of perpetrators for a Positive Requirement during an application for a DAPO
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team on cases involving Domestic Abuse
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of victims
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the perpetrator's behavior and risk level
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partners on perpetrator assessment and management

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in complex case management and working with perpetrators of Domestic Abuse
  • Strong understanding of the DAPO process and Positive Requirement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
