Job Title: Salaried Partner - Rural Estate Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salaried Partner to lead our rural estate management team at Websters Rural. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional rural estate management services to our clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Rural Estate Management Team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team of professionals focused on delivering exceptional rural estate management services to our clients.
  • Oversee Traditional Estate Management Services: You will oversee the delivery of traditional estate management services, including property management, estate administration, and rural estate management.
  • Foster Strong Client Relationships: You will foster strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members: You will mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional results.
  • Contribute to Firm Growth: You will contribute to the growth and success of Websters Rural, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to drive business expansion.

Requirements:

  • MRICS Qualified: You must be MRICS qualified with significant rural estate management experience.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: You must have a proven track record of leading and managing successful teams.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Strong Business Acumen: You must have strong business acumen and the ability to identify new opportunities.
