We are seeking an experienced Rural Surveyor to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our rural team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on rural property matters, including property and estate management, agricultural tenancies, valuations, and rural property sales and lettings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct valuations and provide expert advice on rural property matters
- Manage estates and handle compensation and compulsory purchase tasks for landowners and acquiring authorities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and colleagues
- Deliver high-quality service and adapt to diverse client needs
- Hold MRICS or AssocRICS status with post-qualified experience
- FAAV accreditation and RICS Registered Valuer status are highly desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills
