Senior Rural Surveyor Job Opportunity

Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Rural Surveyor to join their rural land management team in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on rural estate management, valuation, planning, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business with new and existing clients
  • Act as the Principal Agent for rural estate management clients
  • Estate and farming business reviews including diversification projects
  • Produce and implement strategic plans
  • Assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • MRICS
  • Proven track record in rural consultancy
  • UK Driving Licence and car.
