We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to enhance our Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Nursery.

Our nursery is situated in a charming historic building with excellent public transport access.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and evaluate engaging activities tailored to the developmental milestones of your key children. Foster and maintain strong partnerships with parents and caregivers. Ensure child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding are prioritized. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, nurturing, and secure environment.

Qualifications We Seek

Full and Relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification (essential) Prior experience working with children, ideally in roles such as Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator A passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging for every child Ability to build trust and establish strong working relationships with colleagues and parents Proficiency in various communication techniques for interacting with children and adults Strong understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements for working with children
