HR Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's team as an HR Administrator. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the HRIS system, including producing reports and analyzing data
  • Process all HR-related employee changes, such as new hires, promotions, and transfers
  • Conduct weekly inductions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Assist in producing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives
  • Assist in processing leavers and conducting exit interviews
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to foster teamwork and collaboration
