Brightwork Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role is based full-time on-site at our office, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will assist in key administrative tasks during a peak period within the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including processing and uploading sensitive information onto internal databases while maintaining compliance standards.
- Producing reports as required and presenting findings to the line manager.
- Managing a busy workload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Processing purchase orders, goods received notes, and invoices using our internal Financial Management System.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high-speed administrative role, strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and the ability to pick up new systems with ease. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Brightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
