We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team as a PD Lead. This is a fixed-term contract until 14th March 2025, and we welcome newly qualified applicants who can demonstrate the right skills and experience.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be working within adult community psychological services, integrated within multi-disciplinary teams covering a broad geographical area. You will be working alongside a variety of experienced professionals from different backgrounds, providing a range of psychological interventions to service users with complex and severe presentations.
The post-holder will be expected to have expertise in specific psychological interventions, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy or CBT for PD, and contribute to the management and running of these therapeutic programmes. You will also be skilled in multi-disciplinary treatment planning, forming respectful and collegial relationships with members of various disciplines, and rising to the challenges posed by working in large teams and across services.
