Aftersales Manager
Deliver outstanding customer service and ownership throughout the client's experience with Harwoods.
- Accurately manage the service department scheduling system in accordance with workshop capacity.
- Oversee the handover process and documentation, ensuring clients fully understand and authorize the work performed on their vehicles.
- Comprehend and comply with manufacturer service specifications.
- Possess a valid UK driving license.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and achieve shared objectives.
Availability for Saturday work on a rota basis.
