As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing Seller relationships in the TW2NA region, driving business growth, and leveraging internal and external resources to resolve Seller pain points.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute account management strategies to drive business growth and improve Seller health
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Sellers, understanding their business needs and goals
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and develop action plans to drive growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve Seller issues and provide best-in-class support

Requirements:

* 2+ years of sales or account management experience
* 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
* Experience with Excel and data analysis
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
