Clinical Lead

Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients by providing exceptional clinical care and leadership within our healthcare setting.
As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing expert clinical guidance and support to the nursing team, ensuring best practices are consistently implemented.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Essential Criteria:
- Possess a relevant nursing qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Demonstrate extensive clinical experience in a similar healthcare setting.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with all stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in implementing improvement science methodologies.
- Fluency in Welsh is highly desirable.
