Key Responsibilities- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support the company's growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent retention, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting regular reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to employees.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
- Ensure the company's HR policies and practices are in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Promote safety awareness and implement health and safety policies in accordance with industry standards.
- Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a food manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
- A deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and industry-specific regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Able to handle complex employee relations issues and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).
