About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the Board of Trustees of Nottingham Contemporary. As a dynamic and influential ambassador, you will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring its continued success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and governance to the Board of Trustees
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the organization's growth and development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners
  • Oversee the financial management and administration of the organization
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership or governance role
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
