Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our efforts in ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance in our apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement plans to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure effective targets are devised.
  • Participate in regular data calls and quality calls to support the drive to improve outcomes and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Apprenticeship Quality and stakeholders to promote and ensure the highest standards in apprenticeship quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Take an active role in the quality assurance of learning and teaching, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Ofsted, to ensure that our programs meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in education regulation within the apprenticeship sector.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality performance indicators, particularly Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework.
  • Ability to build relationships, inspire excellence, and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
