Your Role:

As our Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including the development and implementation of our food safety standards. You will lead a team of quality control specialists in our quest to maintain and enhance the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our food safety standards and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
  • Lead a team of quality control specialists in the implementation of quality assurance procedures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we receive high-quality ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Background in food production or quality assurance.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and implementing quality assurance procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: Standard working hours, Monday to Friday

Work Environment: Our modern factory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and a team of dedicated professionals.
