Quality Assurance Supervisor Wanted

We're seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Meatex Trading Ltd. in Manchester. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety in our houmous production process.

About the Role

As our Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including developing and maintaining our food safety standards. You'll lead a team of quality assurance professionals in our quest to maintain and enhance the quality of our beloved dips.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Provide training and guidance to quality assurance team members on food safety and quality procedures.
  5. Monitor and report on quality metrics, including defect rates and customer complaints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. A degree in a relevant field, such as food science or quality assurance.
  2. Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in the food industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
