Quality Assurance Supervisor Wanted

We're seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Meatex Trading Ltd. in Manchester. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety in our houmous production process.

About the Role

As our Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including developing and maintaining our food safety standards. You'll lead a team of quality assurance professionals in our quest to maintain and enhance the quality of our dips.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards.
  3. Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Provide training and guidance to quality assurance team members.
  5. Monitor and report on quality and food safety metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. A degree in a relevant field, such as food science or quality assurance.
  2. Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
