Job Title: Payroll Software Support Advisor

THE CHARALLE GROUP is seeking a skilled Payroll Software Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their payroll systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to clients via email and telephone, resolving application-related queries and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, helping them to use our payroll systems to their full potential.
  • Identify and report bugs and new functionality requirements to improve our products.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing of new releases to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage client payroll, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure processing.
  • Utilize our CRM to record client interactions and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology trends, product enhancements, industry developments, and HR legislation to provide expert advice.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with applications, preferably in the HR/Payroll sector.
  • Experience with SaaS products and analytical thinking to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work to deadlines, and take ownership of decision-making.
