We're seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to join our Employee Relations team, working remotely. As a key member of our global team, you'll provide expert advice, counsel, and resolution to employees and managers on complex and sensitive employee matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on EMEA-wide labor and employment law and regulations
  • Develop and execute programs to foster constructive employee relations
  • Act as escalation point for highly complex employee relations matters
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 3-5 years in Employee Relations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA labor and employment law
