Clinical Forensic Psychologist Part Time Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy to prisoners within the offender personality disorder pathway.
Key Responsibilities- Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy to prisoners within the offender personality disorder pathway.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with prison and health colleagues to provide personality disordered offender services within HMP Peterborough.
- Develop and implement plans for the formal psychological treatment and/or management of a client's psychological problems or behavioural difficulties.
- Evaluate and make decisions about treatment options taking into account both theoretical and therapeutic models and highly complex factors.
- Doctoral Level training in clinical Psychology or Forensic.
- Specifically models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology, two or more distinct therapies and lifespan developmental psychology.
- Supervisor training, to be a supervisor of doctoral programme clinical psychology trainees or willing to undertake training.
