**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global engagement strategy to enhance the University's international presence.
  • Collaborate with senior academic staff to identify and build strong partnerships that have longevity and commercial value.
  • Lead the International Partnerships team, providing strategic direction, operational delivery, and thought leadership.
  • Manage significant budgets and lead senior professionals in a commercial, target-driven environment.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Expertise in academic partnership development, with a demonstrable track record of success in delivering significant commercial outcomes.
  • Extensive experience in internationalization, student recruitment, and managing significant budgets.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
