About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of a portfolio of high-end residential properties in Mayfair and Belgravia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair work, including planned and reactive works to mechanical and electrical systems, fabrics, kitchens, lifts, and other related building services.
  • Oversee and supervise specialist contractors to ensure a high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all maintenance issues and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored maintenance solutions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure the properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in the high-end residential sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as building services and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of circa £70,000.
