We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our team at Empower Digital Limited. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, including lettings, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including lettings, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
- Monitor and approve tenancy agreements and deposit schemes.
- Liaise with tenants, management, and maintenance contractors to ensure timely and professional resolution of repairs and maintenance issues.
- Oversee the collection of monthly payments and utilities bills from tenants.
- Provide administrative support to the company director, including correspondence, email management, and ad hoc requests.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the company director on portfolio performance and other key metrics.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
Working Environment:
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be based in London, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.
