Role Overview

As a Property Portfolio Manager at Empower Digital Limited, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including apartments and shops in central and North West London. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of these properties, maintaining high standards of maintenance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including lettings, ASTs, and deposit schemes.
  • Monitor and approve maintenance contractors and repairs, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues.
  • Liaise with tenants and management to address any concerns or repairs, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the processing of monthly payments and utilities bills, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Provide administrative support to the company director, including correspondence, emails, and ad hoc requests.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the company director, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in property management, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, management, and contractors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
