Position Overview:

Due to a significant contract acquisition with a major airline, we are in search of a skilled Cabin Crew Recruitment and Onboarding Manager. This role will be pivotal in managing the delivery of various outsourced services to our airline partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact between Aviation Recruitment Network, our internal recruitment, onboarding, and vetting teams, and our client to facilitate the recruitment of a high volume of new Cabin Crew members.
  • Supervise the Cabin Crew onboarding team and oversee the entire onboarding process, from initial applicant evaluation to training and employment.
  • This position necessitates extensive travel to various Cabin Crew Assessment Centres, thus a valid UK driving license and adaptability are essential.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage the recruitment, vetting, and onboarding processes for entry-level Cabin Crew.
  • Oversee talent pools with the recruitment team to ensure maximum candidate attendance at assessment centres.
  • Coordinate Cabin Crew assessment centre days in collaboration with the internal recruitment team.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the Cabin Crew Resourcing team, internal stakeholders, and our client.
  • Schedule Cabin Crew training sessions to maximize participant numbers.
  • Supervise the vetting and onboarding team, ensuring compliance with security clearance standards.
  • Provide management information reporting to both our partner client and internal senior management.
  • Take ownership of the recruitment, security vetting, onboarding, and training processes until candidates commence employment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of senior-level recruitment and onboarding experience in high-volume roles within the aviation sector, preferably in cabin crew.
  • Comprehensive onboarding experience, covering interviews, assessments, HR onboarding, and employment initiation.
  • Strong understanding of aviation security vetting protocols for UK airports.
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, along with familiarity with in-house systems.
