Manager of Cabin Crew Recruitment and Integration

Aviation Recruitment Network Limited, a prominent player in the aviation recruitment sector within the UK, specializes in delivering comprehensive airside recruitment solutions, executive search services, employee onboarding, payroll management, and HR services.
Our clientele includes some of the most esteemed brands in the commercial aviation industry.
Due to a significant contract acquisition with a leading airline, we are in search of a seasoned Cabin Crew Recruitment and Onboarding Manager to oversee the execution of various outsourced services for our airline partner.
Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Recruitment and Onboarding Manager:
In this role, you will act as a key liaison among Aviation Recruitment Network, our internal recruitment and onboarding teams, and our client, ensuring the effective recruitment of a high volume of new entrant Cabin Crew.
You will lead the Cabin Crew onboarding team, managing the entire onboarding process from initial candidate screening through to training and employment.
This position necessitates extensive travel to various Cabin Crew Assessment Centres. Therefore, possessing a full UK driving license and the ability to adapt to travel requirements is essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, vetting, and onboarding processes for entry-level Cabin Crew.
- Manage talent pools with the recruitment team to maximize candidate attendance at assessment centres.
- Coordinate Cabin Crew assessment centre days in collaboration with the internal recruitment team.
- Serve as the primary contact between the Cabin Crew Resourcing team, internal stakeholders, and our client.
- Schedule Cabin Crew training sessions to ensure optimal attendance.
- Supervise the vetting and onboarding team, ensuring compliance with security clearance protocols.
- Provide management information reporting to both our partner client and internal senior management.
- Take charge of the recruitment, security vetting, onboarding, and training processes until candidates commence employment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of senior-level recruitment and onboarding experience in high-volume roles within the aviation sector, preferably in cabin crew.
- Extensive experience in onboarding processes from interviews to HR onboarding and employment initiation.
- Solid understanding of aviation security vetting standards applicable to UK airports.
- Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an aptitude for in-house systems.
