Position Overview:
Due to a significant contract acquisition with a major airline, we are in search of a seasoned Cabin Crew Recruitment and Onboarding Manager. This role entails complete oversight of a variety of outsourced services for our airline partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison among Aviation Recruitment Network, our internal recruitment and onboarding teams, and our client to facilitate the recruitment of a high volume of new entrant Cabin Crew.
- Supervise the Cabin Crew onboarding team and manage the entire onboarding process, from initial applicant screening through to training and employment.
- This position requires extensive travel to various Cabin Crew Assessment Centres, necessitating a full UK driving license and flexibility in scheduling.

Essential Duties:
- Oversee the recruitment, vetting, and onboarding processes for entry-level Cabin Crew.
- Manage talent pools with the recruitment team to ensure maximum candidate attendance at assessment centres.
- Coordinate Cabin Crew assessment centre days alongside our internal recruitment team.
- Serve as the main point of contact between our Cabin Crew Resourcing team, internal stakeholders, and our client.
- Schedule Cabin Crew training dates to optimize attendance.
- Supervise the vetting and onboarding team, ensuring security clearance for Cabin Crew as per agreed service level agreements.
- Provide management information reporting to our partner client and internal senior management team.
- Take charge of recruitment, security vetting, full onboarding, and training activation until candidate employment is finalized.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of senior-level recruitment and onboarding experience, particularly in high-volume roles within the aviation sector.
- Extensive experience in onboarding processes, from interviews to assessments and HR onboarding through to employment commencement.
- Strong understanding of aviation security vetting standards applicable to UK airports.
- Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, along with an aptitude for in-house systems.
