Our expertise encompasses event concept creation, branding, marketing, tour management, production, logistics, talent acquisition, event oversight, and prop and decor fabrication.

Our portfolio of event concepts includes: The Rock Orchestra, Festival of The Dead, Silent Discos In Incredible Places, London Film Music Orchestra, among others.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned artist or venue programmer to enhance MEGA's promotion and brand management division, overseeing more than 100 performances annually. The ideal candidate will manage one of our flagship touring brands and ensure the financial success of a globally recognized artist. They should possess substantial experience in live music promotion, international tour routing, negotiating venue agreements, and managing budgets while forecasting financial outcomes for events with capacities of up to 5,000 attendees. This role serves as the primary liaison with venues from the initial booking to the conclusion of the event.

Essential Skills:

  • Global venue sourcing and booking

Relevant Experience:

  • A confident industry expert with a minimum of 10 years in programming, promotion, or management
  • Experience in collating venue availability and planning tour routes
  • Highly organized and self-driven with exceptional attention to detail
  • Diary management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a vibrant team
  • Understanding of event production, touring logistics, and ticketing/box office operations
  • Collaboration with third-party promoters and booking agents

Compensation:

£45,000 with an OTE of £60,000.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time, permanent role
  • The position is based in our office
  • Standard working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional travel may be required, both domestically and internationally
