We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Business Sales Consultants team in a brand new role. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8-12 sales professionals, driving sales growth, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and appraisals to ensure team members are meeting their targets and goals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a team of sales professionals in a similar industry (Apprenticeships and Training)
- Strong background in sales management, with a focus on team leadership and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000, with bonuses taking it over £55,000
