About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our e-commerce team in Livingston. As a key player in our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional end-to-end customer care through live chat, email, and telephone throughout all stages of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of orders efficiently and accurately across multiple supply chains.
  • Manage credit card transactions and other payment methods associated with customer orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
  • Escalate complaints to the relevant parties if or when required.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in a customer service role.
  • Previous administration experience is essential, ideally in a B2B capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Experience of working with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Strong computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Platforms such as Excel).
  • Flexible and enthusiastic approach with a focus on service and delivery.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when gathering and inputting data.
