Job Description

**Job Title:** Debrief Depot Operative

**Company:** DPDGroup UK LTD

**Job Type:** Permanent Part Time

**Hours of Work:** 35 hours per week

**Shift Pattern:** Tuesday - Saturday / Sunday - Thursday

**Hours of Work:** 13:00pm - 20:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, assisting customers with enquiries, and adhering to depot KPIs.
  • Assist drivers with locating addresses and providing delivery instructions to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Offer support to customers, providing solutions to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • De-brief drivers, ensuring that processes are followed correctly and that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Report and log damaged hand-held devices, known as Saturns, to ensure prompt repair and minimize downtime.
  • Complete contractor paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform basic administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Implement and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to the Health and Safety Policy.
  • Implement and maintain a secure passage of goods for customers by adhering to the Security Policy.
  • Carry out additional duties as reasonably requested by management or the shift manager.
  • Demonstrate the core DPD DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Caring, and Accountability.
