Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support to our clients, addressing daily facilities and operational inquiries.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and provide responsive support to our teams.
- Act as the liaison between our office and IT department to address technical and office needs.
- Work closely with our Safety, Health, and Environment team to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Manage maintenance requests, both routine and reactive, in collaboration with our Service Provider.
- Oversee visitor access and manage shared email inboxes efficiently.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees and provide assistance to regional offices as needed.
- Ensure budget management and accurate recording of office expenditures.
- Provide on-the-job training to new team members to support capability development within our Business Support Function.
- Extensive experience in office management, with strong administrative skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and relevant company IT systems.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and confidently managing challenging situations.
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration or equivalent (preferred).
