We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with efficiency and accuracy.
- Process payments, handle guest requests, and perform general administrative duties.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless guest experiences and high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a high level of organization and time management.
