IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Applications Support Analyst to join our team at Vertex IT Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Global Enterprise Application Specialist Team (EAST), you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), user-support, including guidance and advice as well as the release of 3rd party and in-house solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and other global applications.
- Administer and maintain existing platforms, including Office 365 and its suite of products.
- Work towards upgrades of CRM and ensure applications are running and performance is monitored regularly using monitoring tools.
- Resolve users' issues or provide work-arounds, and produce learning materials for support teams.
- Liaise with internal clients, committees, the Client Lead Team and Project Delivery Team teams as necessary.
- Two years' experience supporting and administration of applications, ideally CRM.
- Windows Server experience, i.e. IIS.
- General SQL knowledge would be desirable.
- Familiar with support call logging software (Service Now).
- Stronger service management skills.
- Familiar with Office 365 and its applications.
- Willingness to learn from others, self-learn and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Strong analytical, problem solving abilities, working closely with Microsoft on solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, utilised in giving demos, contributing to Yammer and communicating with users globally.
- Understanding of Dev-Ops.
