- Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process, from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants.
- Rental Negotiation: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide insights to clients.
- Administrative Duties: Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Organisational Skills: Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
