As a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Connells, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancies to maximize the overall income and profitability of your branch. You will also be required to carry out occasional market appraisals/valuations to identify new business opportunities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in estate agency, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a target-driven environment.
